the (phone) call

The law firm called again.

The lady asked me if I got a job, and I said "Well, er.. I'm doing an internship.."
She said, "I see. 그럼 이 이력서는 폐기하겠습니다."
I said, "예, 알겠습니다."

..........

Should I have told her to wait?

I don't know.

I would really like to be paid a bit more, but I don't think I will like being a secretary more than I like being an intern.
I would like to see what it's like inside a law firm, and to be 'disenchanted',
but I'm not sure if it would be worth the time -- time I promised myself that I would use for studying (although I haven't lived up to that promise until now).

I should really start studying again.
I let my brain rest for too long, and now I'm getting used to this daily life cycle of work-dinner-TV-FB/Blog/Cy-sleep.
I have to squeeze in "yoga/exercise" and "STUDY" into that already packed schedule.

On a lighter note, I'm finding friends to have lunch with, although this will work only before March when everyone will go back to school except me.
I should also eat with people in the office. There are 11 people in the office, and I've had lunch with only one of them so far.

When I left the office today, I said "See you next week!"
This feels nice, hehehe. Feels like it's the weekend already.
I should really make as many friends as possible tomorrow and the day after (although I suspect most of them will be older than me).
I wish I worked in the main building, so I could meet up with other interns more easily. But working in a separate building has its own merits, such as being allowed to leave for lunch a bit earlier and to come back to the office a bit later, and a more cozy atmosphere.
Anyhow, we can still meet up for lunch. I just hope I find the other interns befriendable.
Fingers crossed for tomorrow.
