New rules:
- No coffee (or any other kind of caffeinated drink) after 5pm.
- No music directly before going to sleep.
I broke both rules yesterday and I'm soooooo tired this morning as a result.
I'm still far from being a morning person, but I sure am becoming a nine-to-six person.
If I may add one rule:
- No Cyworld/Facebook/email/blogging after 11pm.
