unless I went to bed before 10pm the night before,
My efficiency in working or studying reaches its peak from 11pm to 1am.
That's when I get EVERYTHING done.
I'm not much of a productive person during the whole entire day
unless there's an urgent and pressing need
coz I'm sleepy in the mornings, until around 10am
then I work for a couple of hours
then I go to lunch
then I get sleepy again in the early afternoon
then I wake up around 3:30 pm
work for another couple of hours
then it's time for dinner!
after dinner, I'm sleepy again, until around 9pm
then it's time to watch TV (usually the 9 o'clock news and a tv drama), until 11pm
So there I am with the two most efficient hours of the day
in the quiet of the night, when most other people are sleeping
But I can't do anything after 2am, because then I start falling asleep.
in my teens and earlier twenties, I could stay up until 4am
but not now...
i don't have much trouble waking up in the mornings,
BUT I don't like jumping up from bed right away
I like waking up gradually, taking my time
I feel like I'm being cheated if there isn't enough sunlight when it's time to get up,
as on rainy/cloudy days or during the winter.
I think I look my worst in the morning on most days.
Sometimes, when I've taken more than enough time for 'grooming', I think I look okay, or maybe even nice.
But that happens only very rarely.
I am NOT a morning person.
