Exam week = doing all sorts of crazy shit that you normally never do, like walking into an entire NETWORK of websites with cute pictures of animals, food, babies, trinkets, etc.
And of course the guy who came up with linking the LoLcats site (I Can Has Cheezburger blog) with all these other internet humor sites (and is making money out of it!) has to be Korean. His name is "Ben Huh" (reminiscent of the movie "Ben Hur"?lol) and he was introduced in the NYT today.
