close the window

someone is keeping the window open in the office very enthusiastically today.
He ( I think it's the person sitting next to me)'s kept it open since 9am.
It was getting too cold so I closed the windows around 10:30 am.
He came back early after lunch and opened the windows AGAIN!!
And it's freezing!
I think I'll go close it again in about half an hour.
