memorandums

What I've been doing yesterday and today: print out all the memorandums submitted to the OECD DAC for peer reviews, and bind them into booklets.

2007/6/8 Denmark, 6/26 EC, 10/10 Canada, 11/6 Spain, 11/27 Finland
2008/5/6 France, 6/3 Luxembourg, 10/21 Norway, 12/4 Australia
2009/3/24 Ireland, 4/29 Austria, 10/14 Switzerland (Sweden, Italy, Japan have not submitted memorandums yet)
