Once in a while I get a 'craving' for standup comedy and start watching hours and hours of stuff on Youtube channels like ChickComedy, ComedyTime, Laugh Factory etc. I love Dave Chappelle and Chris Rock and Russell Peters and they're all great by I find ESL comedians to be especially endearing.
ESL comedians really really amazing because, you can't do comedy unless and until you learn the American comic parlance -- the gestures, the topics, the attitude (unabashed!), the slang, the stereotypes, ... The ability to be funny on stage is a talent but being able to be funny on stage using a foreign language and towards an audience where the majority of them do not understand your native language or the culture of your home country but have lots of 'hearsay' knowledge, or pure ignorance, and prejudice/stereotypes, is a great feat. Something I don't think I will ever fully accomplish.
