people wonder why I am so interested in drinks, when I actually don't drink.
What I'm actually interested in is the analytical process of identifying and classifying drinks,
the appreciation of the various auras and cultural backgrounds of different products.
(NOT the actual drinking lots of them and getting drunk part)
For me it's just another hobby like studying different kinds of coffee, wine (okay I guess that's included in the "alcoholic drinks" category), herbs, or perfumes.
Enough with the justification, and here's the clip from today's NYT.
(Can't wait to be a New Yorker and trying some of these... If that's ever going to happen , that is)

“With their dry citrus and floral flavors, augmented by a lively, bracing hop bitterness, great pilsners snap you to attention,” writes Eric Asimov. “They are subtle beers that rely on finesse and clarity rather than broad complexity. And they are fairly low in alcohol, so you can drink with gusto rather than sip.”
He and his crack tasting team gusto-ed 18 craft beers to tell you which you should be drinking this summer. Their top picks: Victory Prima Pils (“Crisp, floral and wonderfully refreshing with a lingering bitterness”); Pennsylvania Brewing Kaiser Pils (“Snappy, lively citrus flavors balanced by bracing hop bitterness”); Tröegs Sunshine Pils (“Zesty, with floral aromas and bitter hop flavors that linger”), and, coming in a respectable fourth, Brooklyn Pilsner.
